About bioenergyfarm.eu

bioenergyfarm.eu is an independent directory of companies working in biogas and bioenergy on farms in Germany, with guides and an open profitability calculator for small manure plants. 202 companies are currently listed.

What we do

• We collect publicly available business data (name, address, phone, website, average rating) through the official Google Places interface and assign it to categories and federal states. We do not copy review texts, photos or personal data.
• A strict sector filter removes filling stations, energy suppliers, organic shops, garden centres, pure plant operators and experts from unrelated fields.
• Guides and the calculator are based on legislation and technical literature. Uncertain figures are flagged and reviewed on an ongoing basis.

What we do not do

• We do not broker contracts or forward enquiries. You contact companies directly.
• The order in the directory is not a quality rating. Premium listings appear first and are labelled as such.
• We do not rate companies ourselves. Stars shown are the Google average rating, with source and date.

No connection to the former EU project

This domain used to host the website of the EU-funded projects "BioEnergy Farm" and "BioEnergy Farm 2", which supported farmers with small-scale manure digestion, including an online feasibility calculator. Those projects have ended. bioenergyfarm.eu is now run by Webmagics Ltd. (see imprint) and has no legal or editorial connection to the former projects, their partners or funding bodies. Our biogas calculator is a new tool built for the current German legal framework.
