Hosting and server logs
The website is delivered via a content delivery network (Cloudflare). When a page is requested, the host processes technical connection data: IP address, date and time, requested and referring address, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are not combined with other data and are deleted after a short time.
Fonts
The font is served from this domain. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other external font services.
Forms (Web3Forms)
The forms for listing, booking, claiming, removal and contact are processed by the Web3Forms service. The data you enter (for example company, contact person, email, phone, address, website, categories, description, chosen package, affected listing, message) is transmitted to Web3Forms and delivered to us by email. We use it solely to handle your request and, for booked packages, for invoicing. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual steps), (a) (consent) and (f) (handling enquiries). A field invisible to humans detects automated submissions. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and to meet statutory retention obligations.
Business data from Google Places
The directory contains company details retrieved through the official Google Places API: company name, business address, phone number, website, average rating and number of reviews, category and coordinates (as of October 2026). Review texts, reviewer names and photos are not copied. Where this includes personal data (for example sole traders trading under their own name), we process it on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our and our users' legitimate interest lies in a complete overview of providers in a sector; the data has been made public by the companies themselves and relates solely to their business activity. You can object at any time and we will remove the listing free of charge via remove a listing or by email.
Analytics (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4)
This website may load Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics 4 measures how the website is used, for example which pages are viewed and where visitors come from. It sets cookies and processes usage data such as device and browser details; Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Measurement takes place without a prior consent banner on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in improving the service. Advertising and personalisation signals are switched off via Google Consent Mode. Data is kept for no more than 14 months. You can object by blocking cookies in your browser or using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
This website uses Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to display ads. Your browser loads content from Google servers; Google processes technical data such as IP address, device and browser details and the page viewed, and may use cookies or similar technologies, for example to serve ads, detect fraud and measure reach. Personalised advertising is switched off via Google Consent Mode (ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization set to "denied"), so only non-personalised ads are shown. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in funding this free service. AdSense is not loaded on pages that are not meant to appear in search engines (such as the legal notice and privacy policy). More information: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
